TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE

1. Program Overview

This Monthly Life Coaching Group Program (“Program”) is designed to provide coaching, education, accountability, and community support. Participation includes group coaching sessions, resources, and access to the program community as described on the program enrollment page.

2. Enrollment & Commitment

By enrolling, you agree to participate in the Program on a monthly subscription basis. The Program renews automatically each month unless cancelled according to the cancellation policy in Section 5.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due in full at the time of enrollment and automatically renews each month on the same day.

You authorize recurring monthly payments to the payment method on file until you cancel.

Failed payments must be resolved within 5 days. If not resolved, access to the Program may be suspended.

4. Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable. Because digital materials, group access, and scheduled coaching are provided throughout the month, no prorated refunds or credits are offered for partial participation or late cancellation.

5. Cancellation Policy (30-Day Notice)

You may cancel at any time by providing written notice at least 30 days before your next billing date.

Cancellation requests must be submitted by email to: [email protected].

After receiving your cancellation request, your subscription will remain active for the 30-day notice period, and one final payment may be billed depending on the timing of your notice.

You will retain access to the Program through the end of your paid period.

6. Coaching Disclaimer

Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or medical treatment.

No guarantees are made regarding results or outcomes.

You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results before, during, and after participation.

If you need mental health support, legal advice, medical care, or financial counseling, you should consult a qualified professional.

7. Participation Expectations

To maintain a supportive community:

Respect confidentiality of all group members.

Engage in sessions and discussions in a respectful, non-disruptive manner.

Refrain from harassing, discriminatory, or inappropriate behavior.
Violation of these guidelines may result in removal from the Program without refund.

8. Intellectual Property

All program materials—including worksheets, recordings, templates, and guides—are the intellectual property of Jessica Erickson Coaching. You may use the materials for personal use only and may not share, distribute, or reproduce them without written permission.

9. Use of Session Recordings

Group sessions may be recorded for the benefit of the group or for program improvement. By participating, you consent to being recorded, with the understanding that recordings are shared only internally with current participants.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, [Your Business Name] is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from participation in the Program. Your participation is voluntary and at your own risk.
